SAP S/4 Hana Public Cloud Finance and Controlling Consultant

Introduction & Summary:

We are seeking a qualified expert to take on the role of SAP S/4 Hana Public Cloud Finance and Controlling Consultant. This senior position requires a deep understanding of SAP FI and CO modules, complemented by strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver robust customer support. The ideal candidate will analyze and resolve complex technical issues, provide second and third-line support, and conduct detailed problem analyses to ensure effective solutions are developed.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues in SAP S/4HANA related to SAP FI and CO modules.

• Provide 2nd and 3rd Line Support for SAP FICO modules and customer-specific solutions.

• Conduct Detailed Problem Analysis to understand root causes and configure SAP systems.

• Collaborate with 1st-Level support and other IT teams for timely issue resolution.

• Foster strong client relationships by addressing support topics effectively.

• Regularly analyze and report ticket trends to identify recurring issues.

• Lead and execute minor projects tailored to meet customer needs.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of support issues and solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

• In-depth understanding of Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules within SAP.

• Expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.

• Configuration abilities in General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.

• Proven experience in the SAP AP F2R-PS2F process, including project structuring and budgeting.

• General understanding of Financial Statements and Group Reporting functionalities.

• Very good understanding of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

• Knowledge of integration processes of 3rd party systems with SAP FI module.

• Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex issues.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• SAP certifications in relevant modules (preferred).

• Understanding of ITIL principles and the managed service process.

• Very good command of English; knowledge of German is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with ticket management systems.

• Knowledge of project management principles for managing small-scale projects.
