We are currently supporting our client from the logistics sector in finding an experienced SAP Project Manager.
You will join a global, fast-paced project environment focused on delivering key SAP Finance initiatives across multiple regions. The role involves leading complex transformation and integration projects that support critical business processes in an international organization.
This position offers the opportunity to work with distributed teams and manage large-scale, high-impact programs within an enterprise setting, following established PMO standards and best project management practices.
Start: ASAP
Work model: Remote-first, with occasional visits to the Warsaw office
- Leading end-to-end delivery of SAP Finance and system integration projects
- Managing initiatives such as SAP implementations, e-invoicing solutions, country rollouts, system upgrades, and reporting tools
- Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and risk management activities
- Coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams across all project phases
- Collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams in an international environment
- Managing external vendors, partners, and consultants
- Facilitating workshops, project meetings, and executive presentations
- Tracking project progress and providing regular updates to senior leadership
- Ensuring alignment with internal PMO standards and governance frameworks
- At least 8 years of experience in managing complex, large-scale projects
- Proven track record of delivering SAP integration projects (minimum 2 as a lead Project Manager)
- Hands-on experience with SAP Finance-related initiatives
- Experience working in international project environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile)
- University degree
- Fluent English (C1)
