Summary: We are seeking two experienced RPG Developers to join a high-growth global fintech firm known for its innovative banking solutions. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in RPGLE programming and proficiency with SQL, Encryption, and more. This role offers a full-time, 100% remote working model following an initial onboarding week in Åland, Finland.

Main Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining RPG applications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
• Participating in code reviews and ensuring quality standards.
• Troubleshooting and debugging existing systems.
• Performing unit and integration testing to ensure system functionality.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in RPGLE programming language.
• Proficiency with RPG, SQL, Encryption, TLS / SSL certificate, SSH, and IBMi MQ.
• Preferably knowledge of IBMi architecture, Jira, and Scrum/Agile working methods.
• Desirable experience in programming languages other than RPG and knowledge of REST APIs.
• Excellent English skills, both oral and written.
• Domain knowledge of deposits (accounts) & banking.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with additional programming languages.
• Familiarity with banking and fintech regulations.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies.

Other Details:

The assignment is B2B with an indefinite contract requiring a one-month notice period. Expected workload is full-time and projected to start ASAP, within one month. All communication and project language will be English.
