RPA Support Analyst -RFP-241381
This role primarily focuses on providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for UiPath automations in production, ensuring operational continuity and effective incident resolution within the RPA environment.
Provide Level 1 / Level 2 support for UiPath automations in production.
Monitor automation executions via UiPath Orchestrator and Power Automate console.
Identify, analyze, and resolve failed automations.
Perform basic debugging and code fixes in UiPath workflows under guidance.
Analyze logs, screenshots, and Orchestrator alerts to determine root causes of failures.
Support new RPA developments during deployment and hypercare phases.
Execute and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and incident reports.
Communicate effectively with business users regarding incidents and resolutions.
Escalate complex issues to RPA developers or platform teams as necessary.
Work in shifts if required for operational coverage.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
2 years of experience in RPA support or automation operations.
Hands-on experience with UiPath platform.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate.
Basic understanding of Exception handling and Logging.
Exposure to UAT and non-regression testing practices.
Experience interacting with business applications (ERP, web apps).
Familiarity with ITIL concepts (incident, problem, change management).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
This position requires strong communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction and may involve shift work to ensure operational continuity.
