IT Project Specialist

Location: Warsaw, hybrid mode (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Expected Start Date: ASAP

Contract Period: 6 months (+possible extension possible)

Language Requirement: English B2/C1

Salary: 60-65 zł/h B2B contract

Summary:

The Project Specialist plays a crucial role in managing EDI/API/ESB implementations and ensuring high-quality integration processes within the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing EDI/API/ESB implementations in accordance with internal procedures and instructions.

• Planning, managing, deploying, mitigating risks, and following up on assigned integrations.

• Verifying integration requirements and ensuring data quality assurance.

• Implementing integrations and verifying control of KPIs.

• Facilitating communication and management of implementation team members.

• Steering the communication strategy for all project integrations.

• Participating in meetings with internal and external partners/customers.

• Preparing documentation such as instructions, maps, checklists, overviews, and reports.

• Cooperating closely with respective functions for change management and proactive project planning.

• Managing professional stakeholder relations according to project needs across various governance structures.

• Reporting to integration stakeholders according to defined structures, including implementation team and executive management.

• Maintaining close cooperation with other teams within the process.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in managing EDI/API/ESB integrations.

• Proven ability to plan and manage complex integration projects.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication.

• Expertise in quality assurance for data elements.
