Remote Access Architect

Introduction & Summary:
The EU’s NIS2 Directive and UK NIS CAF Enhanced Profile set stringent cybersecurity standards for critical sectors, including energy. We seek a senior Remote Access Architect to ensure compliance with these regulations, focusing on the design and implementation of secure remote access solutions. The candidate must possess strong experience with RDS and Citrix NetScaler, as well as solid stakeholder management skills to navigate complex organizational landscapes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration of remote access solutions from Citrix to RDS.

• Ensure alignment of solutions with NIS2 cybersecurity requirements.

• Plan and execute technical implementations of secure remote access.

• Document architectural designs and requirements.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and build consensus among diverse groups.

Key Requirements:

• Strong background in Remote Desktop Service (RDS).

• Experience with Citrix Netscaler remote access solutions.

• Proven ability to manage and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.

• Expertise in architectural design and documentation.

• Experience in planning and executing technical implementations.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with the energy sector and its regulatory landscape.

• Knowledge of agile project methodology for managing complex projects.
