Release Train Engineer to lead cross-functional teams

emagine are currently looking for a Release Train Engineer for one of our clients, to lead their Style Agile Release Trains (ARTs). This role encompasses overseeing nine Agile teams along with five shared service teams, totaling 109 colleagues. The ideal candidate must exemplify the qualities of an Agile Coach, guiding both the teams and project management effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

• Facilitating PI planning events for two sessions.

• Coordinating communication among Agile teams and shared service teams.

• Fostering collaboration within the ART and dealing with any impediments.

• Supporting the Agile transition within the teams.

• Ensuring alignment with project management and technical architecture.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

• Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in an Agile coaching role.

• Familiarity with the specific tools and software used in Agile environments.

• Certification in Agile methodologies or project management.

OBS: The onboarding period will be 1-2 months with 50% allocation. After the onboarding you will work fulltime until the end of the year.

Start: ASAP

Duration: 8 months

Workload: 50% for the first 1-2 months, then ramping up to fulltime
