Negotiate offers, onboard candidates, and ensure smooth transitions.
Maintain recruitment metrics and contribute to continuous process improvement.
2–6 years of experience in contract staffing or C2H hiring for IT/tech roles in India.
Strong understanding of the Indian staffing market and its aggressive timelines.
Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.
High energy, target-driven, and a sales-oriented mindset.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
