QA Engineer (Python + Pytest)

Location: Warsaw, Łódź, Gdynia or Gdańsk (hybrid 3 days per week form office)

Summary: The QA Engineer is responsible for ensuring quality in the software development processes. This role emphasizes testing APIs and collaborating within a Scrum team to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

• Working in a Scrum team

• Testing RESTful APIs

• Analyzing requirements from a testing point of view

• Creating and executing test cases

• Using the PyTest framework

• Programming in Python

• Providing testing results

• Collaborating with other testers and domain experts

• Knowledge of low-code applications (advantageous)

Key Requirements:

• General testing knowledge to the level of ISTQB Foundation Level

• Knowledge of QA processes (manual and automated)

• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)

• Experience with REST/SOAP API testing

• Proficiency with the PyTest framework

• Programming skills in Python

• Knowledge of CI/CD and development tools (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket)

• Open mindset and focus on learning

• Ability to contribute to team-based improvements

• Willingness to report from the office 60% of the time in Łódź, Gdańsk, or Gdynia, Warsaw

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of low-code applications
