Python Developer

About the Role 

We are currently looking for a Python Developer with experience in AI technologies to join a dynamic consulting team that delivers modern IT solutions to both Polish and international financial institutions. You’ll play a key leadership role in the design and delivery of scalable software systems, including components powered by Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). 

Your future role:

• Designing and implementing modern applications,

• Actively participating in the process of creating high-performance solution architectures,

• Creating project documentation,

• Participating in software implementations and collaborating with users in solving current issues.

Apply if:

• You have experience working in a similar role for at least 5 years,

• You have programming skills in Python and knowledge of relational databases (knowledge of ORM frameworks, e.g., SQLAlchemy),

• You have experience in building and developing applications using LLM technology (OpenAI, GPT),

• You demonstrate analytical thinking skills,

• You have a good command of English that allows you to independently use technical documentation and communicate with other team members.

Additional assets:

• Experience in programming web applications (knowledge of frameworks, e.g., FastAPI or Flask),

• Knowledge of virtual environments and tools such as poetry or pipenv,

• Knowledge of frameworks and libraries used for processing large datasets and data science (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Spark),

• Ability to apply various software testing techniques (e.g., pytest),

• Knowledge of static code analysis tools (e.g., flake8 or pylint),

• Knowledge of version control systems, design patterns, and their practical use.
