As our quest to democratize financial services continues at blazing speed, we are looking for a Commercial Project Manager to join our Small/Medium Business (SMB) Project Management Office (PMO) in Stockholm. As a Instore Project Manager, you will:
• Be responsible for a Backbook Migration and Backoffice Convergence project or subset of features within a program to ensure the tasks and risks are properly identified and driven to completion.
• Organize and lead planning activities resulting in the creation of a release/project roadmap. Ensure all teams align with enterprise planning expectations.
• Partners closely with Product Manager, Product Development teams to execute and deliver projects aligning to product vision and project goals, objectives and timelines. Make sure appropriate domain resources are engaged.
• Work closely with commercial team together with product and Engineering manager align migration plan and execute and deliver according to agreed plan
• Create and manage clear Gating Criteria with business partners for Go/No-go decisions.
• Drives resolution of project-level issues leveraging scrum-of-scrums as needed.
• Monitors health of project delivery. Tracks project-level status, risks, issues and dependencies. Proactively addresses delivery team impediments. Resolves project-level roadblocks to enable successful project execution.

Skills Required to Succeed:
• Strong experience managing commercial or go-to-market workstreams for large-scale software, platform, or customer migration programs.
• Proven ability to operate in a highly matrixed, multi-location environment, collaborating across business, customer-facing, and technology teams.
• Experience of working alongside Product and Engineering teams while not directly owning product delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and Web teams.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate delivery timelines into business and customer-facing plans.
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery concepts to effectively align commercial plans with iterative product releases.
• Experience creating commercial artifacts such as readiness checklists, enablement plans, playbooks, customer communication plans, and executive status reports.
• Strong organizational and communication skills across global teams and time zones
