Summary: The role of the ALM Project Manager is to effectively lead the implementation of the Codebeamer Application Lifecycle Management system within the Engineering Department of our client, focusing on the integration with existing PLM tools and ensuring compliance with automotive standards.

Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Codebeamer platform.
* Drive the integration between CodeBeamer and the 3DExperience platform.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, covering scope, timeline, resources, risks, and budget.
* Collaborate with system integrators and cross-functional teams to align with business needs.
* Manage external vendor and consultant relationships.
* Ensure compliance with automotive regulatory requirements, including ASPICE and ISO 26262.
* Conduct stakeholder workshops and training sessions to facilitate adoption.
* Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for senior leadership.
* Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.

Must Haves:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in the automotive sector.
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
* Familiarity with automotive industry standards and compliance (ASPICE, ISO 26262).
* Excellent stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to connect business needs with technical solutions.

Nice to Haves:
* Experience with Codebeamer or similar ALM tools.
* Knowledge of PLM systems, particularly Dassault Systèmes’ 3DExperience.
* Project management certifications (PMP, Agile, etc.).

Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with strong knowledge of Codebeamer and experience in embedded systems. The ideal candidate will possess the capability to interface with a PLM system, ensuring smooth project execution and integration.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the Project Management office through the completion of various project phases.

• Ensure the effective implementation of the PLM interface.

• Oversee legacy system decommissioning activities.

• Manage change effectively to maximize project impact.

• Collaborate with Renault stakeholders to promote successful outcomes.

• Coordinate user ramp-up and data migration initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Codebeamer.

• Experience with embedded systems.

• Ability to interface with PLM systems.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with data migration processes.

• Familiarity with user adoption strategies.

Other Details:

The current Project Manager will be transitioning in 2 weeks with an assignment duration of around 12 to 18 months visibility. The project implementation began in September–October of the previous year.
