Summary: The role of Project Manager involves leading the migration of processes from a legacy CRM system to modern solutions within a data-driven organizational context, optimizing project outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Mediating conflicts between the development team and product owner.
Providing support with release planning, project tracking, and monitoring.
Helping the team remove impediments and implementing metrics for change.
Contributing to product vision, user stories, and product backlog management with the product owner.
Managing risks proactively and communicating project statuses to stakeholders.
Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize work effectively.
Leading Agile Scrum teams and processes.
Reflecting Agile values and fostering team self-organization.
Maintaining project tools like storyboards and backlogs.
Key Requirements:
7+ years of project management experience in systems/cloud.
7+ years of Agile SCRUM experience in diverse environments.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
Data & Analytics experience, preferably in finance.
Proven experience managing significant risks.
Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
Nice to Have:
Strong servant leadership and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
Understanding of big data and cloud technologies.
Experience in Business Analysis and data tools such as SQL.
Knowledge of Agile metrics and reporting.
