Project Manager in IBM Mainframe

salary: 150 pln/h + VAT

hybrid mode: Warsaw

This role necessitates strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, alongside a robust project management toolset to navigate both waterfall and agile methodologies. A foundational understanding of IT infrastructure and IBM Mainframe will support the candidate in being effective.

Main Responsibilities

As the project lead, you will be tasked with overseeing project deliverables while ensuring compliance with established IAM controls.

• End-to-end ownership of project deliverables.

• Define, manage, and communicate risks, dependencies, and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure status tracking and maintain transparent reporting to the project manager.

• Facilitate collaboration between subject matter experts and technical business units.

• Oversee compliance with legacy setup and drive cleanup initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Effective problem-solving abilities.

• Capable of integrating diverse perspectives in solution development.

• Experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma for process optimization.

• Understanding of IT infrastructure interdependencies.

• Basic knowledge of IBM Mainframe is advantageous.
