Summary

The role of the Project Manager focuses on leading and executing security and compliance projects within the AIR TISO and BISO Security Office. This position is crucial in managing cybersecurity risks and ensuring adherence to various regulations, enhancing the organization’s information security posture.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead security and compliance projects across business domains

• Ensure alignment with corporate standards and regulations

• Create and execute work plans, adjusting as necessary

• Manage day-to-day project operations and project controls

• Apply project management methodology

• Develop and manage cybersecurity project plans

• Coordinate vulnerability assessments and compliance audits

• Maintain communication with stakeholders

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field

• Certifications: SAFe, PMP, CISSP, CISM (preferred)

• 8+ years experience in Cybersecurity Project Management

• Strong knowledge of risk frameworks and compliance standards

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, MS Project)

• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
