Project Manager - CRM/ ServiceNow
Role Overview:
Project Manager required to lead a CRM initiative, likely involving a ServiceNow (SNOW) implementation. This is an early-stage project with evolving scope, requiring a PM who can bring structure, define a roadmap, and drive delivery in a developing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Bring structure to an early-stage / evolving initiative
Support development of a feature roadmap in collaboration with IT
Lead planning and subsequent implementation phases
Align delivery with Contact Centre tender requirements
Establish governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement structures
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies
Core Skills & Experience:
Experience delivering CRM or ServiceNow implementations
Strong ability to operate in ambiguous environments
Excellent stakeholder management and communication
Proven experience building structure from limited initial inputs
Qualifications:
PMP and/or PRINCE2 certified
