Project Description: ServiceNow platform projects: implementations, upgrades, new modules, integrations, workflow automation

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow implementations and enhancements

• Coordinate developers, architects, and process owners

• Ensure platform governance and alignment with the roadmap

• Manage delivery of ServiceNow module rollouts, workflows, integrations, release plans, and UAT planning

Requirements

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Project Manager

• Experience working with ServiceNow architects and developers

• Enterprise workflow and integration knowledge (nice to have)
