🔍Workload: Full time.

Summary: The Project Management Officer (PMO) is responsible for overseeing and managing the portfolio and program tracking across multiple workstreams and vendors. The primary goal is to ensure timely delivery and governance, enhancing overall project performance through effective management and clear communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage portfolio and program tracking, including RAID logs, dependency mapping, and milestone management across various workstreams and vendors.

  • Facilitate agile governance processes, including sprint ceremonies and capacity planning in a multi-squad delivery context.

  • Prepare executive-ready status reports, KPI tracking, and budget analysis for senior management.

  • Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence, with additional workflow automation experience in Slack being valuable.

  • Define and enforce delivery standards, supporting the program governance framework and maintaining trade-off documentation.

  • Design proactive escalation paths for risk and issue management, including tracking mitigation and dependencies.

  • Monitor budget allocations against contractor days consumed and communicate variances to the V-Team Lead promptly.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in program tracking and management tools like Jira and Confluence.

  • Experience with agile governance, including sprint facilitation and capacity planning.

  • 3+ years of IT program management experience, especially with Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms.

  • Strong capability in reporting, including KPI tracking and budget analysis for executive audiences.

Nice to Have:

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English.

  • Experience coordinating with multiple vendors, contractors, and internal teams.

  • Understanding of workflow automation in Slack.
