- Extensive experience as a Senior Producer or Production Director on large-scale game development projects, with a proven track record of driving projects to successful completion.

- Deep expertise in production methodologies, process optimization, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA proficiency for advanced reporting and dashboard creation).

- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, mentor, and develop production teams, with a strong focus on empowering direct reports and fostering their growth.

- Exceptional strategic planning, risk management, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

- Strong leadership presence and communication skills, capable of influencing across all levels of the organization and fostering collaborative environments.

- Experience in managing complex projects with live service components
