Product Owner
Are you passionate about digital product development and customer-centric solutions? We are looking for a skilled Product Owner to drive the development of loyalty solutions within EuroBonus in a dynamic, international environment.
About the Role
You will be part of Department Loyalty Solutions, working within the feature team ECDP (EuroBonus Commercial Development & Partnerships).
Your primary stakeholder will be Commercial EuroBonus, and you will play a key role in delivering on their commercial digital development needs.
As a Product Owner (PO), you are responsible for maximizing the value delivered by the team. You will ensure the product is continuously optimized to meet both customer and business needs, acting as the voice of the customer within the team.
You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate needs into prioritized features and user stories—ensuring alignment from planning through execution.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to define product vision and translate commercial roadmaps into digital solutions that drive customer and business value
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization aligned with business goals
Ensure that security, compliance, performance, risk, and technical debt are embedded and prioritized alongside business value
Define and refine features ahead of Quarterly Planning, ensuring they meet Definition of Ready (DoR)
Break down initiatives into epics, features, and user stories together with the team
Drive initiatives end-to-end, including defining MVPs and Lean Business Cases (LBC) in collaboration with Product Managers, Enterprise Architects, and SMEs
Present initiatives to governance forums (e.g., Prio Forum and Initiative Approval Board) and ensure proper reporting
Work closely with the development team on a daily basis to ensure delivery against priorities and commitments
Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as Quarterly Planning, demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions
Ensure alignment across business areas, D&IT, and other product/platform teams

Skills:
Professional & Technical Skills
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an agile environment
Strong experience in backlog management and prioritization
Experience in digital product development
Understanding of system landscapes and technical dependencies
Experience working with MVPs, business cases, and data-driven decision-making
Knowledge of agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum)
Solid stakeholder management experience in complex organizations
Nice to Have
Experience with loyalty programs, CRM, or customer platforms
Background in airline, travel, or membership-based business models
Experience with personalization, analytics, or customer data platforms
Experience working in large enterprise environments with multiple dependencies
Experience collaborating with commercial teams and partnerships
