Product Owner/Service Manager (CyberArk/PAM)

Description:
We are seeking a Product Owner for our Privileged Access Management (PAM) team, who will also serve as the Service Manager for our global operations. This role is critical in leading our PAM initiatives and ensuring effective service delivery.
Scope:
This position will be filled by a consultant until a permanent hire is made. The duration is estimated but not confirmed.
About the Role:
As the Product Owner/Service Manager, you will lead a global team within the PAM domain, focusing on driving product success and service excellence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product roadmap (prioritization)
- Lead the team effectively
- Manage product-related budgeting
- Oversee service management for the PAM product
- Facilitate stakeholder communication
Key Requirements:
Senior candidate with extensive CyberArk knowledge
5+ years of experience
Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken
Previous experience from Scania is a huge benefit
Nice to Have:
Proficiency in Swedish
Personal Profile:
A team player who is self-driven and capable of working autonomously.
Other Details:
This role can be performed on a hybrid basis, with 1-2 days required on-site in Södertälje. The initial term is until October 2026 with the possibility of an extension.
