About the Role
We are looking for a Product Owner / Business Analyst to join our Product & Customer Journey team. You will drive the product backlog for our user-facing applications, ensuring an outstanding customer experience across the full journey.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize the backlog for the Product & Customer Journey team.

• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows for customer-facing features.

• Work closely with designers and developers to deliver intuitive, engaging experiences.

• Align product delivery with business objectives and customer needs.

• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst for user-facing applications.

• Expertise in writing clear, actionable user stories and managing agile backlogs.

• Strong understanding of customer journeys and UX best practices.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the Ad Tech industry.

• Experience with SaaS and multi-tenant platforms.
