Product Owner Asset Management (h/f)

Summary

The role of the Product Owner in Asset Management primarily focuses on establishing and enhancing ITIL processes related to IT Asset Management. The position aims to improve the management and operational efficiency of assets within the organization by implementing and overseeing best practices, particularly for maintaining a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) effectively.

Main Responsibilities

• Implement and enhance ITIL processes as the process owner.

• Oversee and improve the management of the CMDB.

• Develop and maintain asset management plans for the organization’s assets.

• Ensure all assets are properly maintained, repaired, and replaced as necessary.

• Analyze market trends and economic conditions to identify investment opportunities and risks.

• Monitor and evaluate asset performance and suggest improvements for financial performance.

• Collaborate with departments to align asset management practices with organizational goals.

• Provide regular reports to senior management on asset management activities.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in asset management.

• In-depth knowledge of ITIL practices, specifically in IT Asset Management.

• Experience with managing a CMDB.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to monitor asset performance metrics.

• Significant experience in financial markets and investment strategies.

• Understanding of various asset management software tools.

• Knowledge of compliance regulations related to asset management.

• Mandatory English and French proficiency.
