Project Informations:

• Industry: banking
• Location: Gdansk or Gdynia (hybrid; 1 day per week in the office)
• Rate: up to 180 PLN/H net + vat, B2B
• Required Language: English, Polish

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports using DAX.
• Creating and implementing Power Apps solutions from concept to release.
• Writing and optimizing SQL queries.
• Working with data warehouses such as Hadoop and Hive.
• Conducting data investigations and root cause analyses.
• Building ETL pipelines and data models to improve data quality and accessibility.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to clarify requirements and make solution-oriented decisions.
• Supporting your team in delivering data and analytics for complex, ad-hoc requests.

Your Experience and Background:

• Expert knowledge and hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) and Microsoft Excel (data cleanup, table relations, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS SQL and DAX.
• Experience with ETL processes for structured and unstructured data, data modeling, and optimization.
• Familiarity with risk, compliance, and audit domains (advantageous).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Background in data handling and data visualization.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
