Power Platform Consultant
Emagine is looking for 2 Power Platform Consultants to join the team responsible for maintaining, supporting and improving existing solutions across several European markets.
These consultants will focus primarily on solution maintenance, issue resolution, documentation, and understanding the differences between the Core CRM Template and the local market solutions. The role involves analysing implementations country by country, ensuring alignment, identifying deviations, and supporting business stakeholders with improvements.
This is not a greenfield development role — the focus is on continuity, stability and structured enhancements of what already exists.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Support
Maintain and optimise existing Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
Provide functional and technical support to business stakeholders across markets.
Monitor solution performance, resolve issues, and ensure continued operational stability.
Solution Analysis & Documentation
Analyse the differences between Core CRM Template and local solutions, producing documentation that maps variations, dependencies and improvement opportunities.
Review existing processes and propose standardisation where appropriate.
Ensure all solutions are clearly documented governance standards.
Enhancements & Improvements
Implement small to medium enhancements to existing solutions.
Support continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and proposing corrective actions.
Collaborate with the CRM and Power Platform leads to ensure solution evolution aligns with global architecture.
Cross-team Collaboration
Work with distributed technical and business teams, including consultants, country representatives and project managers.
Contribute actively to planning, knowledge sharing and alignment sessions
