PMO with logistic experience
We are seeking a highly skilled PMO Consultant to support the expansion of a manufacturing plant in Krakow focusing on production and logistics. This role requires a strong emphasis on organization and communication, paired with extensive knowledge of logistics systems, shop floor integration, and manufacturing execution systems (MES). The project is set to begin as soon as possible and extend until mid-2029.
Main Responsibilities
Oversee and manage project timelines and deliverables.
Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders.
Ensure proper shop floor integration within the expanded facilities.
Collaborate with procurement to optimize supply chain processes.
Provide technical advice related to WMX systems.
Monitor progress and budget adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular meetings with the project team to ensure alignment.
Prepare reports and documentation as needed for project updates.
Key Requirements
Strong experience in project management within manufacturing environments.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of logistics, shop floor, MES, and infrastructure.
Familiarity with procurement processes.
Experience managing teams, ideally in a technical setting.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is a plus.
Nice to Have
Experience with automated production systems, particularly robotics.
Previous work experience in similar manufacturing expansion projects.
Understanding of the automotive industry.
Other Details
This position offers remote work flexibility, with a requirement to be onsite in Krakow once a month for project meetings.
