PMO & Training Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled PMO & Training Manager to support project governance, coordination, and training delivery within a large-scale program. This role combines PMO responsibilities with ownership of the training strategy and execution, ensuring strong project control, effective communication, and successful end-user adoption.
Main Responsibilities
Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in governance, structure, and coordination across multiple workstreams
Oversee project financials, including budget control, cost tracking, and reporting
Organize and facilitate project meetings, document minutes, and maintain a clear status and decision-making cadence
Coordinate activities between teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure timely and aligned delivery
Monitor progress and highlight risks, issues, and dependencies across the program
Lead the planning and execution of training initiatives, including development of training materials
Drive end-user training rollout and ensure adoption, readiness, and compliance
Collaborate with business and IT teams to align training with system and process changes
Key Requirements
Proven experience in a PMO role within large-scale programs or transformations
Strong understanding of project governance, financial tracking, and reporting
Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
Demonstrated experience in training management and end-user enablement
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and proactive manner
Nice to Have
Experience with ERP or digital transformation programs
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
Other Details
This position will involve onsite work in Copenhagen with a workload of full-time. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing project coordination and training delivery for a significant program within the organization.
