PMO Specialist (Mid-level)

Location: Warsaw or Łódź hybrid model (3 days per week at the office)

We are looking for a PMO Specialist to support the coordination and delivery of complex programmes.

The role focuses on effective communication, reporting, and consolidation of key materials to ensure transparency and data-driven decision-making.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate communication and activities across multiple projects and stakeholders.

• Consolidate and structure PMO materials, reports, and executive updates.

• Prepare weekly status summaries and dashboards using Power BI.

• Manage and update Jira boards, ensuring project progress and timelines are accurately tracked.

• Create and maintain PMO templates, governance materials, and documentation.

• Analyse data and provide insights to support leadership in decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Mid-level PMO background and understanding of project management principles.

• Experience with Power BI (visualization and reporting) and Jira.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
