Pega IT Operations Specialist
The IT Operations Specialist role focuses on operational support and maintenance of Pega applications within the technology team, ensuring the reliability and performance of essential systems.
Responsibilities:
Accept, analyze, and resolve support tickets for multiple Pega applications.
Perform monitoring of application performance, system health, and business processes.
Conduct proactive system health checks and preventive maintenance activities.
Manage incident response and coordinate with stakeholders during critical issues.
Troubleshoot complex issues in pre-production and production environments.
Perform comprehensive root cause analysis as part of structured problem management.
Conduct detailed Pega log analysis and debugging using enterprise monitoring tools.
Document solutions and maintain a knowledge base for recurring issues.
Execute application deployments via Pega Deployment Manager following ITIL processes.
Coordinate release activities across multiple environments (Pre-Prod, Production).
Manage deployment schedules and communicate with business stakeholders.
Perform post-deployment verification and rollback procedures when necessary.
Key Requirements:
Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) certification (Mandatory).
ITIL Foundation certification or commitment to complete within 6 months of start date.
Experience with production support and troubleshooting.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Pega on-premise infrastructure management.
Knowledge of integration patterns and API management.
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, automated testing frameworks).
Experience in financial services or banking applications.

Location: Poland - Gdańsk/ Gdynia/ Warszawa/ Łódź
Hybrid model of work: 3 days a week, onsite office
Rate: up to 145 PLN/h net+ VAT
Team Structure: Part of the Credit Assessment and Decision Technology team within the BizDevOps framework.
