ITIL Expert (h/f)
Summary: Support the organization in defining, adapting, and implementing its ITIL strategy, integrating Agile principles to optimize IT service management and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:Core duties include the development and implementation of the ITIL strategy for the organization.
Develop and recommend an ITIL strategy tailored to the company’s needs.
Define and drive the ITIL roadmap for IT service transformation.
Analyze existing processes and propose adaptations to integrate Agile practices.
Facilitate the convergence of ITIL and Agile methods for more flexible and responsive service management.
Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of ITIL processes.
Guide teams in adopting new ITSM processes and tools, support also the transition and support to GCC team.
Lead change management and upskilling initiatives for staff.
Define performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor the achievement of objectives.
Identify improvement areas and drive associated action plans.
Stay up to date on ITIL, Agile, and ITSM trends.
Ensure practices comply with standards and internal policies.
Key Requirements:
Over 10 years of experience in ITIL processes.
Proven experience in implementing ITIL practices.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
Fluency in French and English (mandatory).
Experience with ITSM tools.
Experience in change management.
Nice to Have:
Experience with cloud-based ITSM solutions.
Understanding of DevOps practices.
