Payroll Coordinator (EMEA)

The role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced organization with short decision-making cycles, where the consultant will actively contribute to improving and developing payroll processes and ways of working.
Coordinate and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for employees across multiple countries
Manage day-to-day payroll operations related primarily to France and Italy
Collaborate closely with colleagues within the EMEA Payroll team
Act as a point of contact for payroll-related queries across the organization
Partner with external payroll vendors and internal functions such as HR and Finance
Support the development, optimization, and documentation of payroll processes
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, payroll regulations, and internal policies
Must haves
Hands-on payroll experience supporting France and/or Italy
Strong understanding of payroll operations within a global organization
Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and ways of working
Proven ability to collaborate effectively in team-based environments with multiple stakeholders
Payroll experience supporting Denmark and/or the UK
Experience working with Oracle
Previous experience in an international or global business environment
Quick learner with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment with evolving priorities
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and structured in execution
Team-oriented and service-minded with strong communication skills
Motivated to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement
