The role of the OTC Process Manager is to facilitate collaboration between business teams and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, validate processes, and support integration efforts, ultimately aiming to enhance the efficiency of order-to-cash processes within the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct workshops with business users to validate end-to-end processes.
- Run integration-focused workshops with Product Lines to validate cross-functional touchpoints and requirements.
- Drive key design decisions by:
- Gathering business requirements.
- Outlining potential solution scenarios.
- Providing recommendations to Product Lines.
- Aligning with business stakeholders.
- Tracking progress and ensuring follow-ups.
- Delegating tasks across sub-teams.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with SAP (preferably S/4HANA or SAP ECC)
- Experience in managing order-to-cash (OTC) processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather requirements from diverse stakeholders.
- Proven experience in facilitating workshops and process validation.
- Familiarity with cross-functional integration processes.
