Main Responsibilities

A Risk and Compliance Specialist is responsible for safeguarding the organization by ensuring compliance and effective risk management. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting risk assessments to identify potential threats.

• Monitoring regulatory changes to ensure compliance.

• Developing and implementing internal policies and controls.

• Performing internal audits for risk management effectiveness.

• Generating reports and documentation for compliance activities.

• Collaborating with stakeholders on risk and compliance concerns.

• Developing plans for responding to compliance incidents.

• Staying updated on regulatory changes and best practices.

• Providing guidance and training on compliance matters.

• Maintaining records of risk assessments and incidents.

• Conducting due diligence assessments.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience in risk management, compliance, or audit roles.

• Knowledge of risk management processes.

• Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies.

• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks.

• Excellent analytical skills.

• Attention to detail in documentation and reporting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Due diligence assessment experience.

• Experience in a Product-led SaaS company.
