O2C Process Manager / Process Consultant

Summary

The O2C Process Manager/Process Consultant plays a crucial role in enhancing the technological foundation to align with business growth strategies. This position focuses on implementing optimal operational processes and ensuring global alignment during new system implementations across the value chain.

Main Responsibilities:

The core duties include:

• Manage ERP responsibilities including requirement gathering, test case preparation, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities.

• Participate in ERP rollouts, supporting OMS, WMS, and TMS implementations.

• Collaborate on designing, testing, and enhancing processes.

• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.

• Prepare and facilitate workshops online and onsite globally.

• Document processes comprehensively.

• Conduct process and system reviews with customers to identify challenges.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in managing Order to Cash (O2C) processes, especially Order-to-Invoice (operational part)

• Experience with ERP system implementation

• Experience with SAP – ideally Retail module, or Microsoft AX

• Experience with OMS, WMS, TMS systems and their implementation

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or similar fields.

Nice to Have:

• Basic project management skills including workshop facilitation.

• Agile training, Scrum, Six Sigma, Lean, or Prince 2 certification.

Other Details:

The role is global with potential travel required. The position collaborates across departments and local markets within a global organization in Manufacturing, Distribution, or Retail.
