We are looking for two Motion Designers to our gaming client.
Role 1:
Start: ASAP
Length: 12 months
Location: Stockholm hybrid (needs to be on-site 2-3 days per week)

Responsibilities:
As a Motion Designer, you’ll create design- and motion-led assets that strengthen our organic presence and drive results in App Store Optimisation and Performance Marketing. This is a hands-on role combining strong graphic design with motion execution, including basic character animation and motion graphics. You’ll develop ideas from brief to final delivery, producing and adapting creatives across multiple formats and placements, always aligned with our brand guidelines.
Software knowledge
Adobe Creative Suite: Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Figma, Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
Familiarity with video platforms: Understands the specs and requirements for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
What you’ll be doing
You’ll create graphic design and motion assets for organic and paid campaigns. This includes character animation, motion graphics, and gameplay recording for short-form marketing creatives, adapting assets into multiple formats and variations, and iterating based on feedback and performance learnings. You’ll collaborate closely with marketers and creatives to deliver on briefs, timelines and brand standards, and ensure all output follows our visual guidelines and platform specs.
Candidate requirements:
Strong graphic design fundamentals (layout, typography, composition)
Solid motion craft, including editing and character animation in After Effect.
Experience producing marketing assets across multiple digital formats.
Comfortable working with iterations, feedback loops and deadlines
Experience or 3D is a plus, but not a must.
