MID Technical Project Manager – AI/ML & Automotive/Aerospace/Robotics

Location: Hybrid 1-2 days per week from office in Kraków

Summary:

The Project Manager role is focused on managing and executing AI and machine learning initiatives within the automotive sector. The main objective is to enhance vehicle safety and comfort through innovative computer vision and machine learning algorithms while ensuring the successful delivery of projects within timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap for global E2E organization.

• Oversee project execution, ensuring timelines are aligned and risks are mitigated.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track product requirements.

• Partner with the Product organization for project plan execution and alignment.

• Standardize development processes across AI/ML projects.

• Define and track KPIs for AI/ML initiatives.

• Provide strategic recommendations to leadership through assessments and proposals.

• Manage North America project interests and coordinate with global teams.

• Enhance cross-platform integration through horizontal alignment of projects.

• Support high visibility demo activities on-site.

Key Requirements:

• Strong background in Engineering or Computer Science, focused on AI/ML.

• 2+ years of project or product management experience.

• Minimum 2 years in a deep tech/data role within automotive/robotics/aerospace.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams across various competencies.

• Extensive knowledge of automotive development processes.

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Fluency in English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with ADAS or related technologies.

• Understanding of KPI-based software quality tracking.
