Mid-level Change Manager (ADKAR)
Role: Change Management & Communications Support (HERO Program)
We’re looking for a hands-on Change & Communications resource to support execution of the HERO program, working closely with the Change Lead and Training Lead to drive adoption across global functions.
Key Responsibilities
Execute the HERO change and communications plan aligned with program milestones
Drive stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely messaging
Develop and deliver communications (key messages, updates, campaigns, and cascades)
Facilitate workshops with SMEs and business teams to identify gaps and improvements
Support training rollout, feedback collection, and materials development
Track change and engagement KPIs, analyze adoption data, and provide reporting insights
Profile
3–5 years in change management and communications within transformation programs
Experience supporting global system implementations (supply chain, planning, or retail preferred)
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
Analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into actions
Proactive and comfortable in fast-paced environments
Familiar with PROSCI/ADKAR (preferred)
