Job description

PROJECT INFORMATION:


Industry: Banking

Remote work: Yes (option for hybrid working with an office in Warsaw)

Project language: English

Business trips: Once every 6 months to Sweden

Project length: Long-term (initial contract until the end of 2025, with annual extensions)

Start: ASAP

Assignment type: B2B

Remuneration: Up to 160 PLN/h


Summary: The role focuses on building new portals as part of a restructured IT team, with an emphasis on both backend and fullstack development, particularly transitioning from Angular to React.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain new web portals with a team of developers.

  • Transition frontend code from legacy Angular to React.

  • Collaborate with backend developers to focus on new development initiatives.

  • Maintain existing systems while building new integrations.


Key Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in software development.

  • Strong experience with .NET technologies.

  • Proficient with React.

  • Basic knowledge about Angular (ability to read code).

  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and REST API development.

  • Experience working in Azure-hosted environments.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with legacy system migrations.

  • Experience in banking.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.


Other Details:

  • Team Structure: 4 developers, including 1 backend and 2 fullstack (mid and senior), Team Leader, PO, Scrum Master.

  • Location: Remote with occasional travel to Sweden (once every six months).

  • Initial onsite presence in Warsaw recommended for onboarding (1 day).
