Summary:

The Mid Data Engineer role focuses on enhancing the data infrastructure and business intelligence capabilities for a parking management platform. The primary objective is to improve data quality, expand analytics capabilities, and ensure the reliable delivery of data across the BI ecosystem.

Main Responsibilities:

Data Engineer will be responsible for the following:

• Analyze and resolve data quality issues affecting business reporting.

• Develop new metrics and data models based on business requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and implement data needs.

• Document technical solutions and data flows.

Key Requirements:

• Mid-level data engineering experience.

• Strong proficiency in dbt with proven ETL pipeline development.

• Relational data modeling expertise including dimensional modeling and optimization.

• Experience with BI tools and the ability to create and troubleshoot reports.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with ETL/ELT frameworks and orchestration tools.

• Familiarity with modern data transformation workflows.

• Experience with Omni, Looker, or Tableau for BI development.

• Snowflake and DBT experience for the data warehouse and transformation layer.

• Experience with customer service data integration (Intercom, ticketing systems).
