Summary: The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant role involves business consulting and assessing as well as implementing CRM solutions for institutional clients in the banking sector. The main objective of this position is to assist in the efficient integration and optimization of CRM systems within organizations, thereby contributing to enhanced business process efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide consulting and recommend business solutions.

• Evaluate code quality, system integration, and architecture.

• Verify the correctness of process configurations, automation, and data.

• Prepare technical recommendations.

• Assess technological and process risks.

• Participate in developing the CRM roadmap and platform development strategy.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Understanding of Azure in the context of CRM and integration.

• Ability to evaluate technical solutions (workflows, integrations, architecture, automation).

• Experience in the role of Solution Architect/Senior Consultant/Lead Functional Consultant/Technical Consultant.

• Knowledge of C# (.NET), TypeScript, Power Platform, Dataverse.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to assess risks and propose alternatives.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of UX/UI in Dynamics 365.

• Experience in process analysis and optimization.

• Knowledge of cloud security.
