We are looking for a Master Data Analyst, specializing in SAP Solutions, to support our business workstreams in defining the best possible processes and design around our core master data objects as part of our transformation journey. You will be part of a growing business area and work in an international organization of can-do spirited, passionate, and performance-driven people.

📌 TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyse and prepare our financial and retail master data objects together with master data team, business and our ERP implementation partner to hone requirements and fit to standard process design.
• Deep dive in business processes, master data mapping and prepare solution design in new ERP (SAP S/4 HANA)
• Contribute to master data migration processes by facilitating mapping, analyses and load files.
• Maintain documentation
• Support process owners, business analysts and business SMEs in transformation with analyses, functional deep dives. 
• Implement data standardization and harmonization for consistency of the data objects throughout their lifecycle
• Provide training to end-users on data entry best practices and master data concept and usage

📌 SKILLS:

• Proven experience as a master data analyst or in a similar role, and data migration (at least 5 years)
• Experience from other enterprise-wide SAP implementation programs and collaborating cross-functionally
• Profound working experience from SAP FICO and/or SAP Retail module (F.ex. SAP MM, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders or Business Partner)
• Good understanding of core business processes and workstreams such as R2R, OTC, P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and hereunder Master Data concepts in SAP 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bring positive and proactive mindset with an intrinsic motivation. Demonstrate a true team-player that aims for the accomplishment of common goals
• Proficient spoken and written command of English
