Manual Tester

INDUSTRY: Banking

LOCATION: Warsaw or Gdansk (hybrid)

REMUNERATION: up to 125 pln/h, B2B

The main function of the Manual Tester role is to ensure the quality and performance of software solutions by creating, executing, and maintaining test cases and documentation, thereby contributing to a high standard of product delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating and maintaining test cases in qTest.

• Preparing test documentation (strategy, plan, test cases, and result reporting).

• Performing data analysis and fault diagnostics.

• Executing tests (currently manual, with plans for future automation).

• Conducting performance and regression testing.

• Managing and tracking defects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3–5 years of testing experience.

• Basic knowledge of qTest (preferred).

• Experience with Quantexa testing (highly preferred).

• Experience in an agile work environment.

• Working knowledge of Jira.

• Strong analytical mindset.

• Good stakeholder communication skills in English.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Test automation experience (desirable, although automation is not immediate).
