Manual Tester

PROJECT INFORMATION:

• Industry: banking
• Location: Gdansk (2 days per week at the office)
• Project length: minimum 12 months
• Remuneration: up to 120 PLN/h netto + VAT (B2B)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working with testing Java solutions,
• Test scenario and test case preparation,
• Test data preparation,
• Test planning and test execution,
• Test results analysis and defect reporting,
• Execute automated regression,
• Requirement analysis and questioning requirements when they are not clear,
• Leading capabilities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong ISTQB knowledge, regularly use all test levels and test techniques,
• Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and Defect Life Cycle,
• Posses to understand / identify all the different test level and ensure the coverage is made in the Test cases/scenarios accordingly,
• Good knowledge of test management tools such as qTest, Zephyr,
• Review and analyse system specification and requirements,
• Experience working in Agile framework and regression testing,
• Experience execute test cases and analyze test result and bugs,
• Confidence to question inefficient solutions and processes, proposes smarter solutions,
• Experience in collaboration with agile team to create test strategies, estimation and test plans,
• Experience in performing test cases and analysing test results and bugs,
• Experience of working with a cross-functional team to ensure quality throughout the SDLC cycle,
• Good to have SQL knowledge,
• Good to have: prior experience in Java Application Testing and automation skills,
• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
• Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with developers, analysts, POs and SMs.
