Manual Tester for SD Consumer Finance & Technology

Working mode: hybrid (2 days per week at the office)

Rate: up to 120 PLN/h

Introduction & Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manual Tester to join our team in the finance area. The successful candidate must be ISTQB Certified with over 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance, particularly within Agile teams. You will play a key role in ensuring that QA activities align with Quality Standards, and possess strong problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and well-documented QA activities in accordance with the Quality Standards.

• Analyze and design new tests, including Test Cases and Scenarios.

• Plan and execute tests effectively.

• Report and manage defects, providing recommendations based on test results.

• Identify tests for automation following manual verification.

• Collaborate actively with the scrum team to enhance delivery quality.

Key Requirements

• ISTQB Certified.

• 8+ years of professional experience in QA, preferably within Agile teams.

• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.

• Experience in PEGA Application Testing.

• Experience in System Testing of modern UI (Web/Mobile).

• API Testing experience using Postman and Swagger.

• Familiarity with test management tools, preferably qTest or similar.

• Practical experience with Jira/Confluence.

• Ability to drive and support QA activities within the delivery team.

• Attention to detail and proficiency in problem-solving.

• Capable of working in an international environment.

• Skilled in defining, executing, and reporting tests for complex software systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAFE methodology.

• Mobile applications testing experience.
