Role: Knowledge Manager
Industry: Banking
Location: Warsaw: 1-2x/week in the office
Remuneration: up to 155 zl/h net+vat
Type of contract: B2B
Duration: long-term cooperation
Responsibilities:
- Verify quality of technical and operational documentation
- Coordinate and/or create operational documentation (in case of lack or in order to improve quality)
- Translate technical documentation to user friendly knowledge articles that are appropriate for the intended audience
- Helping capture new knowledge with the usage of IT Knowledge Management System
- Ensure Knowledge articles are simple, easy to access and use and can be easily maintained in-line with organizational needs
- Drives consistency in documented KB articles/solutions
- Maintains relevant content for new team members and continued training
- Encourage the staff and workers to share knowledge effectively and efficiently
- Act as a single point of contact for Knowledge Management related question
- Monitor progress and learning processes by keeping track of engagement, project outcomes and other metrics
- Follow the ITIL best practices
Requirements:
- Exposure to and strong understanding of ITIL
- Proficiency in English
- Previous experience in a Knowledge Management role
- Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to translate complex technical data into easy-to-read language
- Experienced at managing multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Previous experience with ITSM tools with focus on Knowledge Management module
