Junior/Mid level Back Office / Operations consultant

emagine is currently seeking a junior to mid-level back office / operations consultant to support administrative and information-handling processes. The role requires some prior professional experience (not entry-level or first job).

The consultant will primarily manage and respond to formal information requests from external authorities, including law enforcement, ensuring accurate handling of sensitive data in line with established procedures.

Start: ASAP

Duration: Min 6 months

Location: Stockholm, min 2-3 days/week at the office

Profile requirements:

• 1–5 years of relevant experience in back office, operations, or administrative roles

• Experience handling sensitive data and structured information requests

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow formal processes

• Professional communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage incoming requests efficiently

Preferred background:

• Experience within banking, financial services, or regulated environments

• Prior exposure to handling authority or law enforcement information requests
