Junior IT Tester

PROJECT INFORMATION:

• Remuneration: up to 50 PLN/h netto + VAT (B2B)

• Work model: Hybrid (3/week in Gdańsk)

Introduction & Summary

We are seeking a Junior IT Tester to become a vital part of our Integrated Risk Management Application (IRMA) team at the bank. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of functional testing experience, thrive in an Agile environment, and demonstrate proficiency in English. Your contributions will help revolutionize our approach to non-financial risk management and enhance overall business value.

Main Responsibilities

The Junior IT Tester will be engaged in the following core duties:

• Conduct functional testing to ensure software quality.

• Collaborate with team members to define testing requirements.

• Document and communicate test results to involved stakeholders.

• Identify, report, and track defects through JIRA and Qtest.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts.

• Assist in the development of testing strategies and methodologies.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience with functional testing.

• Proficiency in English.

• Basic SQL knowledge.

• Experience using JIRA and Qtest.

Nice to Have

• Advanced Excel usage.
