Our structured learning path takes you through every essential step to become a future-ready SAP Engineer. Along the way, you'll:

Training process

The program is divided into four progressive stages, allowing you to gradually move forward from basics to advanced tools:

• Stage 1 – Selective phase (~2 weeks, ~15 hrs/week)

Kick off your journey with a welcome session and a full overview of the training plan. Over these two weeks, you'll cover introductory topics and complete practical tasks. To move forward, you'll need to pass a knowledge check and an interview with a recruiter.

• Stage 2 (~2 months, ~15 hrs/week)

Gain access to the SAP S/4 HANA system, work on an individual project, attend Q&A sessions and get continuous support from our trainers via chat. To progress to the next stage, you'll present and defend your project.

• Stage 3 (~2 months, ~15 hrs/week)

Expand your expertise through webinars, practical assignments and a new project. Regular Q&A sessions will support your growth. Advancement is based on the quality of your project and your performance in a technical interview.

• Stage 4 (~2 months, ~15 hrs/week)

Explore more complex SAP topics, strengthen your skills through tasks and develop an individual project. You will also continue receiving expert guidance during scheduled Q&A sessions and webinars.

Upon successful completion of all stages, we will consider you for open positions based on your demonstrated skills and available opportunities at EPAM.

What is required for training:

• English fluency at the Intermediate level (B1) or higher

• Understanding of object-oriented programming

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of RDBMS and SQL
