Main Responsibilities:
Lead and optimize IT Service Management processes to align with best practices.
Implement effective Incident & Problem Management strategies.
Manage Change & Release Management processes to ensure minimal impact on business operations.
Oversee IT Operations & Infrastructure Monitoring using appropriate tools.
Manage the Service Desk & Support ensuring high-level customer service.
Coordinate Cloud & Hybrid IT Operations across various platforms.
Automate IT operations using scripting and automation tools.
Guarantee Capacity & Performance Management for optimal operations.
Develop and implement Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery plans.
Ensure compliance with relevant Compliance & Security Standards.
Align IT Governance & Strategy with organizational goals.
Key Requirements:
Strong knowledge of IT Service Management Frameworks: ITIL (v3/v4), COBIT, MOF.
Expertise in Incident & Problem Management.
Proven experience in Change & Release Management.
Proficiency in IT Operations & Infrastructure Monitoring tools.
Experience with Service Desk & Support Management tools.
Expertise in managing Cloud & Hybrid IT Operations.
Knowledge of Automation & Scripting tools.
Strong skills in Capacity & Performance Management.
Experience in Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery planning.
Familiarity with Compliance & Security Standards.
Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation, ITIL Managing Professional, COBIT, ISO 20000, PMP are preferred.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of relevant industry regulations.
Effective stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with IT asset management processes.
