About the Role
We are looking for a Java Tech Lead who will be responsible for designing robust solutions in Java, with a focus on microservices, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.

Main Responsibilities

• Define, design, and evolve Java-based solutions.

• Ensure good development practices, performance, and security.

• Work with microservices and distributed architectures.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, supporting strategic technical decisions.

• Evaluate new technologies and propose continuous improvements.

Key Requirements

• Solid experience in Java (updated versions).

• Advanced knowledge in microservices.

• Strong ability in design and documentation.

Nice to Have

• Experience in agile environments.

• Certifications in architecture, Java, or cloud.

• Experience with CI/CD, containers (Docker/Kubernetes).

Other Details
This role requires fluency in both Portuguese and English, and candidates should have experience in modern software development environments.
